Managing your Subscriptions on PureBites.com

After you initiate a subscription on purebites.com we'll email you a couple of days before your order generates.

You can let the order generate as normal, skip that delivery, or cancel the subscription altogether.

If you'd like to see your upcoming subscription order or manage your subscriptions log in to your account on purebites.com here: https://account.purebites.com

Once logged in, click the subscription tab shown below

Once on the subscription tab, you'll be shown all your subscriptions (both active and cancelled)

When looking at an individual subscription you can:

  • Edit the address we're sending it to
  • Edit the payment method used for it
  • See the upcoming order(s) and skip individual orders
  • Pause or completely cancel the subscription

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the ability to edit the products in a subscription or edit the timing/frequency of a subscription.

If you need to do either of those things, you'll have to cancel your current subscription and place a new subscription order.
