For your convenience, we suggest you go to the retailer where you purchased your PureBites product for a refund first (often it can get you paid back faster and they need less information as you already order from them). If the retailer refuses to refund you, we'll gladly replace the product or refund the purchase price paid (our choice) as long as the requirements below are met.
If you are not completely satisfied with PureBites, simply save the unused portion, together with the proof of purchase and Contact Us. We will gladly replace the product or refund your money.
When contacting us please provide the following information:
- Reason for dissatisfaction
- Receipt/invoice of purchase (or order number if bought from purebites.com)
- Be sure your receipt/invoice includes the retailer name and address, the purchase date, the number of units purchased, unit price, and item descriptions
- Pictures of front and back of the affected product packaging
- Picture of unused product
